The Pioneer Valley Clean Energy Hub is based at the STCC Technology Park in Springfield, Massachusetts. Our mission is to advance equitable opportunities in clean energy for Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs), small businesses, and underrepresented entrepreneurs. We serve the entire Pioneer Valley region, including Springfield, Holyoke, Chicopee, and nearby communities.

Our team and partners provide a welcoming and accessible environment for business owners at any stage. Services include business development, procurement readiness, financial planning, certification and licensing support, and workforce connections. By collaborating with local organizations and community leaders, the Hub helps ensure that clean energy opportunities reach those who have historically been excluded from the sector.
